In this two-part workshop, participants will learn about the causes and effects of stress and uncover some of the ways to manage stress for yourselves, your children, and the whole family. You will also learn about the simplicity of various aspects of mindfulness and how to incorporate it into your life. You will have the opportunity to practice some of the strategies discussed. Participation in both classes is encouraged, but not mandatory. (RR/SS)
